A clear path through a complex medical system
We listen, review the information and help each family understand the practical options available to them.
Understanding Your Medical Situation
We help organize reports, test results, diagnoses and recommendations, and identify the questions that should be discussed with your medical team.
Finding the Right Specialist
We help identify specialists according to the diagnosis, required expertise, patient age, location, availability and insurance coverage.
Second Medical Opinions
When facing a major diagnosis, surgery or several treatment options, an additional expert perspective can support a more informed decision.
Experts in Israel and Worldwide
We assist with identifying experts, preparing medical records, transferring imaging, translating documents and arranging remote or in-person consultations.
Medical Bureaucracy
We help families understand healthcare forms, insurance processes, special approvals and other administrative steps related to medical care.
Special Treatments and Medications
Where relevant, we help explore compassionate-use programs, clinical trials, treatments outside standard coverage and options in other countries.
Clear information before making costly, complex decisions.
Considering medical care in Israel?
Israel offers significant expertise in oncology, pediatrics, neurosurgery, cardiology, genetics, trauma and rare diseases. For a family abroad, however, it can be difficult to know which hospital or physician is truly right for the case.
- Identify a hospital and specialist suited to the diagnosis
- Explore whether a remote consultation may be sufficient
- Prepare and securely transfer medical reports and imaging
- Understand treatment pathways and practical requirements
- Receive help with translation, accommodation and religious needs

Every family deserves someone who knows the way
Eshkolot was founded in 2006 by Rabbi Yaakov Shkol with a simple understanding: during illness, a family needs more than a good doctor. It also needs someone who understands the system, recognizes the pressure and can help create a clear path forward.
Today, Eshkolot supports hundreds of patients and families each day, working with physicians, hospitals, nonprofit organizations and communities in Israel and abroad.
We do not promise miracles. We promise to listen, investigate and do everything within our ability to help.
